1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the t888m platform, including all sports betting, casino, and gaming services available at t888m.pro ("Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

t888m reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or phone number associated with their account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically and remain informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements apply to all persons who wish to register an account and use the t888m Platform. t888m performs eligibility checks and may request documentation to verify compliance at any time.

• 2You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf. Registering an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• 3You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information. Providing false details — including name, date of birth, phone number, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds.
• 4You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• 5You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of t888m or any affiliated company. Persons with a conflict of interest as described herein are ineligible to use the Platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the t888m Platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under different names, phone numbers, or payment methods by the same person — are strictly prohibited. t888m reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close duplicate accounts and to void any associated bets, bonuses, or winnings.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your t888m account credentials, including your username and password.
• Any activity performed through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your legal responsibility unless you promptly notify t888m of unauthorised access.
• You must notify t888m support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.
• t888m support staff will never ask you to share your password, PIN, or one-time passcode under any circumstances. Do not share these with anyone, including persons claiming to represent t888m.
• t888m reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) documentation at any stage of account use, including prior to processing withdrawals or when unusual activity is detected.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

t888m accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability. t888m reserves the right to modify, add, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The following financial limits apply to all t888m accounts unless a higher or lower limit has been individually assigned by t888m in writing:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300 per request. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the same account, or to a method verified in the account holder's name during KYC review.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity and source-of-funds verification before processing. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the request being cancelled.
• t888m does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via Bangladesh payment methods. Third-party fees imposed by the payment provider (if any) are the account holder's responsibility.

t888m reserves the right to reverse, delay, or withhold a withdrawal request where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, t888m may freeze the account pending investigation and will cooperate with relevant authorities where required by law.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to the general bonus rules below. Where promotion-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that promotion only.

• 2Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player per account lifetime. Welcome bonuses are not transferable and cannot be combined with other welcome offers unless explicitly stated.
• 3t888m reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn after being credited, any uncompleted rollover will be cancelled and the bonus amount removed from the account balance.
• 4Bonuses may only be used for the purposes and on the game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using a bonus on ineligible game types will not count towards the wagering requirement.
• 5Any evidence of bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing offsetting bets to fulfil rollover without genuine risk, or exploiting promotional errors — will result in bonus cancellation, loss of associated winnings, and potential account suspension.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on t888m are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or casino game as displayed on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager. t888m's decision on any disputed bet outcome is final and binding.

t888m reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started where live betting was not available for that market, bets placed at clearly erroneous odds due to technical error, and bets that t888m has reasonable grounds to believe were placed in breach of these Terms.

• Minimum bet values and maximum payout limits per market are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may vary by sport, event, and market type.
• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the t888m system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. Please review your selections carefully before confirming any wager.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live bet or casino game session, t888m will attempt to resolve the session using server-side logs. The outcome recorded by t888m's system at the point of disconnection is treated as final.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems supplied by the game provider. t888m does not influence game outcomes and cannot alter results after a game round has concluded.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on t888m. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, any associated funds forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required.

• 1Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any AI tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without genuine human decision-making.
• 2Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event, casino game, or poker hand, or conspiring with third parties to exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• 3Opening multiple accounts to exploit the welcome bonus or any other promotional offer. This includes using different phone numbers, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses to register additional accounts.
• 4Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, or any other criminal activity. t888m complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• 5Attempting to access Platform areas outside your account permissions, exploiting software errors or bugs, or undertaking any action designed to damage, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform's normal operation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the t888m Platform — including but not limited to the t888m brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, software, text, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of t888m or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted, modified, or used to create derivative works without t888m's prior written consent.

Game titles, logos, and software made available through the t888m Platform are the intellectual property of their respective providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, and Spribe) and are used by t888m under license. References to these providers do not imply endorsement of t888m by those providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, t888m's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their t888m account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

t888m shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, even if t888m has been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of data, corruption of data, or breach of data security resulting from events outside t888m's reasonable control, including third-party cyberattacks.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, infrastructure failure, or circumstances beyond t888m's control, including natural disasters, power outages, or telecommunications failures.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability asserted.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

t888m reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following:

• 1Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct, or bonus abuse.
• 2Provision of false or misleading identity, age, or payment information during registration or at any subsequent point during account use.
• 3A player's voluntary request to self-exclude or close their account. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Outstanding verified withdrawal balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any required verification.

11. Responsible Gaming

The version of the Terms currently in effect is the version published at t888m.pro/terms-conditions. Accessing or using the Platform after an amendment has been published and the notice period has elapsed constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to t888m's operating jurisdiction.
